Hawaiian Shirt Fit Guide: Measure Before Choosing a Size
Relaxed should still be deliberate. Size letters cannot replace finished-garment measurements.
Build a reference shirt
Button a comfortable woven shirt and measure pit to pit, shoulders, back length and sleeve opening. Compare those numbers with the seller’s garment chart, not a generic body-size table.
Check movement, not only the mirror
Reach forward, sit and raise your arms. Pulling at the placket means too little room; excessive shoulder drop changes the look from relaxed to oversized. Fabric drape changes how equal measurements appear.
